Ahoy there! We’re Michael and Regina, the husband-and-wife-team behind Tribe of the Sunset. We founded our cruise-focused travel agency to help busy professionals just like ourselves escape on stress-free vacations that allow them to relax and reboot—and get back to life feeling refreshingly recharged.
We both have a background in healthcare—Regina as a pediatrician and Michael as an Army veteran turned IT consultant in the healthcare industry. Our careers are demanding, requiring us to always be in front of the computer, and-if we aren’t careful-can easily lead to stress and burnout.
So we started hopping on cruises whenever we could to give ourselves a break. We loved the no-pressure nature of cruises—once on board, all our cares melted away, and we could slow down and finally turn our brains off for a bit (and savor some truly epic sunsets!).
